(D) Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) showed significantly higher IBABP mRNA expression level in the LBDs than in the SBDs. (E) After PCR analysis, the lengths of the amplified PCR products were verified by electrophoresis. (F) Western blotting results also showed a significantly higher IBABP protein expression level in the LBDs than in the SBDs.
